  • DO RIGHT SCHOLARSHIP
    Seniors:   Applications for the Mr. Boozer "Do Right" Scholarship are available in the Counselors Office!    Applicants should have a 2.5 GPA; should exhibit qualities of leadership, citizenship, high moral character; and be involved in school, civic, community, or work activities!    Two (2) recommendations and a one-page essay are also required.    The deadline for returning the applications to the Counselors Office is March 30th, so stop by and pick up your application today!   Remember, there will be two $1500.00 scholarships awarded this year to members of the RHS Class of 2012!!!.

    There will be a recruiter from the US Army outside the cafeteria during lunch on Thursday to meet with interested students.

    9th - 11th Grade Students:   There are still a number of you that have NOT turned in your subject choice sheets for next year.    If you need to talk to your counselor about your courses for next year,  please stop by Student Services this week!    If  not, PLEASE get these choice sheets turned in BY FRIDAY or your courses next year will be chosen for you!!!

    The National Honor Society is leading a school-wide paper towel drive for Cara, a local no-kill animal shelter.  Beginning Tuesday, bring your paper towels to the rotunda.

    SATP Algebra I students:  you DO have your third test prep session this afternoon or tomorrow morning.  Remember to bring paper and pencil!  Wednesday afternoon's session will be in the Library.

  • Prom Tickets are on sale!

    You can buy them from Mrs. Tackitt in Room 225. You may purchase tickets before school, during break (not Titan Time), during 3rd, 5th, or the very beginning or end of 8th block, and after school. Do not interrupt classes to purchase a ticket. 

    The cost is $30 per ticket. 

    Seniors who purchased a ticket last year will receive one free ticket this year. 

    Juniors who sold 10 or more magazines will receive one free ticket this year.  

    Juniors who did not participate in the magazine sale will have to pay $50 per ticket. 

    Buy your tickets early! The price goes up after Spring Break!

    With the new year comes the new yearbook price of $60.  Make sure you order yours now.  Final numbers will be turned in to the production plant soon.  No extras will be ordered.  See Mrs. Williams in room 216 to place your order today.

  • FREE MATH TUTORING
    Offered by Mu Alpha Theta (a national math honor society) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning in room 225 from 7:40 - 8:10 and on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30. Students must bring their math book or notebook to show us what they are working on in their math class.  If you have questions see Mrs. Tackitt in room 225.
